Step 1: Healthy Home Evaluations

For our team to accurately determine what upgrades your home needs, we always start with a Healthy Home Evaluation, which is our version of an energy audit. This in-depth analysis of your home usually takes about 2 hours to complete and includes a variety of tests to help us understand how well your home is currently performing. Our Evaluations include:

Step 2: Our Healthy Home Recommendations

Once your Healthy Home Evaluation is complete, our team will take time to go over our findings with you so you can understand every step of the process. Based on your specific results, our team of building scientists will put together a custom strategy for your home to improve its comfort, health, safety, and energy efficiency.

These suggested services are all optional and you can choose which, if any, you would like to proceed with. We’ll also walk you through what incentives and financing options are available for our services, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and how much you can save.
