How much time does an audit take?

The audit itself usually takes from between 2 to 4 hours. The report, prepared in our facility, is delivered and reviewed with you within one week.

What equipment do you use during your audit?

We use only HHEC branded tools that our workers have hand-selected and feel comfortable with. We also stay on top of the latest technology, constantly improving our resources.

What is your availability?

We are available Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and we are also available for special appointments evenings, Saturday, and Sunday.

Do you have a guarantee on your modifications?

Yes, we do. We will go through the guarantee with you personally, depending on the type of work performed.

What is my involvement during the audit and modification processes?

As minimally or as in-detail involved as you would like to be. Either way, you will always stay informed about exactly what type of modifications will be performed in your home.

How do you choose your staff or crew?

We choose only the most eager workers with the most knowledge about our products and services. We take them through classes and accreditations before sending them out to a work site.
